There are a few points still bothering me after “The Substitute,”
1. What does Richard know? Is he turning a bit sad & pathetic or just truly petrified?
2. Scary Kid - Why did Sawyer see him but Richard appeared not to, Sawyer also saw Kate’s Black Horse apparition and she was also shocked when Sawyer could see it just like fLocke.
Scary Kid: “You know the rules, you cant kill him”
fLocke: “Don’t tell me what i can’t do?”
- Who the Frak is this Kid? Is he a higher power than Jacob/MIB? Even fLocke seemed scared of him!
3. Another note about Jacob & the “Hurleybird,” Jacob’s cave with the names on the wall was kind of like a large Eagles nest, like it would have been easily accessible and ideally located by a flying Hurleybird. (Jacob!)
4. Jacob and MIB appear to have a VERY similar relationship to Jack and Locke. hmmm.
5. fLocke first tried to recruit Richard, who knew better, then he moved onto James. fLocke told conned Sawyer (Or did he?) into joining him to leave the Island, when Sawyer asked how they would leave, fLocke said they would do it ”Together.” What did he mean by this? I have a crazy theory on this one and ‘together’ doesn’t just mean accompanied, it means so much more ;)This could be MIB’s plan, but Sawyer is the King of all Con Men, so he could be bluffing MIB and it could be the Con of all Cons by Sawyer, now that makes more sense. If he didn’t go along with it, Sawyer knew Smokey would just whip his butt ;)
