- All about Des, my favourite character, done in an original and beautifully stylish way, very different to any other Lost episode. I would love to just put the whole episode up here, coz it simply is just one continuous awesome moment…

The number you have dialled has been disconnected. Boom. Awesome Moments.
Des flashes back to the past again, WTF is going on now? Why is it only affecting Des? and how is it connected to what happened when he turned the Fail-safe key?
This is the episode where the time travel, spacetime, temporal displacement, electromagnetic energy, exotic matter & quantum physics / science fiction, aspect of the show ‘imploded’ onto our TV screens in one totally mind blowing Awesome Moment.
“If anything goes wrong, then Desmond Hume will be my Constant” - Dan
Constant = The stability required in order to anchor a person’s consciousness as it moved through time.
Chaos Theory: It’s funny how eventually in season 5, it ended in Faraday accepting Chaos over Order when he finally realised that the Losties were actually the variables in his scientific equations and ultimately something which science can’t define.
Just like the ending of Lost.
… and Finally the Phone call to Penny: Forget the Sci-Fi for a moment, this was an Incredibly beautiful & Iconic scene which is what makes Lost so amazing.
This was and I think still is, my favourite episodes of Lost, ever!
